Are all products sold on Digital Arcade 100% original or first copies?

Yes, all products sold by us are 100% original & from original brands. We do not sell counterfeit or first copy items on our website.

Which brands do you sell the products of, on your website?

We acquire inventory from most of the popular internationally renowned brands available in India. In the Audio segment we have Bose, Beats by Dr. Dre, JBL, Sennheiser, Sony, Harman Kardon, etc.
In the IT and Computer Peripheral segment we have Apple, Microsoft, Sony Canon, Epson, HP etc.
In Home Appliances we have Prestige, Bosch, Usha, etc.
In Fashion segment we have NIKE, ADIDAS, PUMA, REEBOK, LEE, Levi’s, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein etc.

How Digital Arcade is different from other liquidation companies?

We at Digital Arcade, always focus on the quality of the products we sell. Every product listed on our website passes through rigorous quality checks, multiple times by us, before we ship them to our customers. We always try our best to provide the best quality items to our valuable customers at the best price possible. We always stay true to the condition of the item. That’s why each item we have for sale on a website has an actual picture attached so that customers can check the actual condition of the item (Openbox, Overstock, Sealed Pack etc.) before making a purchase decision.

Do you offer any warranty on your products?

All items sold on our website, come with different periods of warranty. Irrespective of the item condition, 7 Days Trial, 7 Days Testing, Up to 3 Months & 6 Months warranty can be expected on every item as mentioned.
Since we deal in liquidation inventory we are not authorised to provide full company warranty.

Will I get a GST invoice once I buy any products from Digital Arcade?

Every item sold in our website comes with a Brand mentioned GST paid invoice which you’ll receive on your email automatically on every purchase.

How can I ensure the products bought from Digital Arcade are of best quality considering the extremely low prices they are sold on the website?

All our items come with an Indian MRP tag. Authenticity of each item purchased from us can be verified by cross checking the serial number/Article number (for footwear) with the brand itself.

If I don't like a product after buying it, would I get a refund or exchange later if I choose to? What is your return policy?

Products sold by us can only be returned/replaced/refunded if the item delivered is damaged, defective or duplicate and size issue (for fashion). If any such unexpected scenario happens & you would need to report it within 12 hours from the time of delivery. We will pick the faulty item from your place and initiate a refund if the replacement is not available with us within 24 hours of the faulty item coming back to us. But a refund/replacement request won’t be entertained if the customer doesn’t like the quality of the packaging or the product. Do you sell the products offline also or only on your website?

Self Collection can be done from our company godown address which is situated in Burdwan, West Bengal. From 10AM – 5PM. Click here to view the address in Google Maps

I visit your site often. How can I check which products have been added recently?

We’d like to request you to keep an eye on the “Latest Arrival” section on the homepage for all the newly uploaded products. Besides you can also subscribe to our newsletter & join our mailing list to stay updated on the latest arrivals.

Do you have any coupons that can be used to avail additional discounts on the products?

Yes. for new customers we are giving a flat 5% discount. Please use the coupon “DANEW5” (without quotes) to avail the same. Do note this coupon can be used one time only, per customer.

What payment options do you have on your website?

We are secured with Instamojo payment gateway. Customers can transact using their Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, UPI, Online Wallets like Jio Money, Airtel Money, etc. We also offer “COD (Cash On Delivery)” payment option, all over India.

What are the delivery charges across India?

We are offering free nationwide delivery (including COD) on purchases above Rs. 1,000. For the orders below Rs. 1,000, a small fee of Rs. 50 will be added as a shipping charge.

I wanted to buy a particular product but now it's no longer available on your website. How can I buy it now?

Since we deal in brand liquidation inventories our product lineup changes every week. Even we are not sure when the same inventory will get back in stock again. So we’d request you if you like any item pick it up before it gets sold out.

I like a product on your website but I don't have enough cash right now. Do you offer credit?

Sorry we do not offer credit. Though you can always purchase with your credit card through Razorpay payment gateway if that helps you. If you don’t have a credit card, you can choose the “Pay Later” option in Razorpay Payment Gateway. Under “Pay Later” you can choose “ICICI Bank PayLater” to avail some credit if that may help. Feel free to check out the options & choose whichever works best for you.

How can I cancel a product(s) which I bought recently?

In your orders section inside the “My Account” page, you will find a cancellation option. You can always use it to cancel the purchase(s) made.

Do you sell refurbished products on your website?

Strictly No! We only deal in overstock, liquidation products. Refurbished are those which were faulty then repaired to get it back to working condition. We don’t do that. Yes the retail packaging of the item or the item itself may seem worn out sometimes but we do not sell repaired items.

If for some reason, the payment got deducted from my bank account or credit card & the transaction wasn’t successful will I get my money back?

Yes. Within 24 hours the failed transaction amount will be refunded.

Do you have any exclusive discount offers for only returning customers?

Unfortunately no! But that doesn’t mean we don’t care for our returning customers. We have something special in mind for the returning customers. So stay tuned for the update.

How long do you take to ship my products?

All the Cash on Delivery orders placed before 1 PM. will be dispatched the same day. Order placed after 1PM will be dispatched the following day. Whereas all the PREPAID orders get processed the same day irrespective of the time.

How much GST are you charging on each of your product categories?

All our listing price is inclusive of the GST percentage decided by the Finance Ministry. For all the categories its 18% GST is chargeable and for the garments its 5%.

If any products bought from your website are either broken, cracked, used, etc. can I return or exchange the same later?

Yes. If any item delivered is damaged, the customer needs to report it within 12 hours of the item delivered. The damaged goods will be picked up from the client’s place and ship the replacement or initiate refund within 24 hours of the faulty item coming back to our warehouse.

What does Item condition mean? What are the different conditions?

Item condition describes the product’s cosmetic condition. Whether it has a retail packaging intact or not, whether or not it has all the accessories present,
how much warranty is left in the item, etc. Though Item Condition has no relation with the product’s functionality.
We have a precise form of “grading.” We classify our products in 5 grades – Sealed Pack Unit, Open Box Unit, Outlet Demo Unit, Corporate Used Unit & Brand Overstock / Surplus Unit.

What do you mean by ``Sealed Pack Unit``?

Items sold in a sealed pack category have the company sealed intact. Though a sealed pack condition doesn’t mean it’s covered under full manufacturing warranty.

What do you mean by ``Open Box Unit``?

Items sold in an “Open Box” Category have the company seal of the packaging has been opened. But the inside content is untouched and unused. This can happen for various reasons. Customers may have returned it by opening the package. Due to several reasons a return can happen the customer didn’t like the item hence returned it, the customer got a better deal elsewhere hence returned, after purchasing the customer may think its bad investment hence returned. As per current ecomm giants flexible customer friendly return policy a customer can return an item with 7 days of purchase. No question will be asked why he or she is returning it.
We at DIGITAL ARCADE always ensure in no way the returned open box items are faulty or defective.

What do you mean by ``Outlet Demo Unit``?

Items sold in the Outlet demo unit category are displayed for demo in company outlets or valious multi brand outlets. In this category Retail packaging might be in rough shape and the product might have signs of wear and tear due to lots of visitors touching and playing a bit.

What do you mean by ``Corporate Used Unit``?

Items sold in corporate used category have been previously used in various Corporate houses. Mostly our Laptop & Macbook segment falls in this category. When a certain corporate house thinks to upgrade their system they approach us to liquidate their existing stock. We at Digital Arcade hand pick the best pieces with the minimum sign of wear and tear, test it in our warehouse. Clean it professionally and put them up for sale on our website. Do note in the corporate used category the original retail packaging and booklets of the item are not always available. Most of the time we ship it with an aftermarket corrugated box and complimentary charging adapter.

What do you mean by `` Brand Overstock/Surplus Stock Unit``?

Items sold in the Brand Overstock/Surplus stock are the inventories which stay unsold from the brand outlets or brand distributors across the country. These inventories are unused but the retail packaging of the goods are sometimes in dismantled condition. Mostly the products in our fashion segment fall under this category. We also offer a 7 days trial warranty.
